The Rentals Direct family were superb to me and my family. Following a breakdown on the side of the A11, AA towed me to the company as one of the closest places. They checked over my car instantly, and accommodated my two young daughters, my partner, and I extremely well (in particular Leah), providing us with support and hospitality while I was trying to solve the problem with my warranty company. Following no resolution with the warranty company, and our holiday potentially being ruined, Danie came to the rescue with an awesome deal for car hire to sort us out over our holiday. What an amazing experience. Matt and Stuart went out of their way to help me out with a last minute with a double axle trailer rental. They have so many options to rent, pricing is really competitive and the service was outstanding. Easy check in / pick up process, I rang them very late last night and they stopped their own personal lives to complete the drop off process.
